JetTime is built with privacy and security at its core, ensuring all app data is managed and stored safely. Whether it’s work logs, metadata, or other app data, JetTime guarantees secure storage within Jira’s infrastructure.

Secure Data Storage

JetTime stores all app data in two highly secure locations:

• Jira REST API: Work logs and their metadata are securely stored in your Jira instance using the Jira REST API, ensuring that all data remains fully within Jira’s system.
• Atlassian Forge Secure Storage: JetTime utilizes Forge’s secure storage, which is hosted entirely within Atlassian’s infrastructure, to manage additional app data beyond what is stored in Jira.

Adherence to Runs on Atlassian

As part of the Runs on Atlassian program, JetTime guarantees:

• Full Data Residency: All data is stored within Atlassian’s secure cloud infrastructure, in compliance with your Jira data residency settings.
• No Data Egress: Your app data remains fully within the Atlassian ecosystem, with no transfer to or storage in third-party systems.
• No Vendor Access: We, as a vendor, do not have access to your app data at any point, safeguarding your sensitive information.

Retrieving Data and Work Logs via API
