Welcome to JetHeads. We develop Forge applications that run entirely within Atlassian Cloud infrastructure. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data in our applications and on our promotional website.
2. Data Collection and Processing
2.1 Forge Applications
Our Forge applications do not access, store, or process any client data. All data processing occurs within Atlassian’s secure infrastructure, which we do not control or have access to.
In accordance with Atlassian’s Forge platform architecture:
- All data remains securely stored within Atlassian’s environment, and JetHeads does not access, export, or store personal data outside of Forge.
- JetHeads acts as a Data Processor under GDPR, processing data on behalf of the Atlassian customer (the Data Controller).
- Atlassian serves as a sub-processor, operating the infrastructure that executes our app logic.
We collect anonymous, non-personal logs to help us monitor application performance and ensure reliability. These logs are generated by the Atlassian Forge platform and are essential for identifying errors, and improving app stability.
The logs do not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) or any company data
They are not classified as personal data under GDPR
You can review logs data and disable log collection at any time through the Atlassian app management settings. The log collection is fully managed by Atlassian.
2.2 Promotional Website
Our promotional website may collect non-personal data for analytics and marketing purposes. This includes:

- General user behavior (e.g., time spent on pages)
- Interaction with marketing materials

In our Forge applications, we act as a Data Processor on behalf of Jira Cloud customers. Atlassian, as the platform provider, is our sub-processor.
We do not access or extract any personal data from the Atlassian environment.
We ensure our app logic only processes data necessary for functionality, and we do not persist data outside of Atlassian’s infrastructure.
We do not process personal data on our promotional website.
