2. About JetHeads
JetHeads is a SaaS vendor developing Forge apps for Atlassian Cloud. Our apps run entirely on Atlassian infrastructure and do not store, process, or access client data.
3. Use of Our Applications
3.1 Access Through Atlassian
- Our apps are available exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace.
- You must have a valid Atlassian account to use our apps.
- User authentication is handled by Atlassian; we do not manage or store user credentials.
3.2 Free Trial and Subscription
- JetHeads apps may offer a free trial, as determined by Atlassian.
- After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription through Atlassian.
- Subscription billing and cancellations are managed by Atlassian, not JetHeads.
4. Data and Privacy
4.1 Data Handling
- Our Forge apps do not store, process, or transmit any user or company data.
- All data remains within Atlassian’s systems.
- Our promotional website may collect non-personal data for analytics and marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property
- All JetHeads apps and related materials are our exclusive intellectual property.

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Atlassian infrastructure may impact availability and performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- JetHeads is not liable for any damages, data loss, or business interruptions arising from the use of our apps.
- Our total liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid for the app in the last 2 months (deducting Atlassian commissions and fees).
8. User Responsibilities
- Users must comply with Atlassian’s terms and applicable laws when using our apps.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their Jira instance and configurations are compatible with our apps.
9. Third-Party Services
- Our apps interact with Atlassian APIs, which are subject to their own terms and policies.
- JetHeads is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes affecting app functionality.
10. Support and Maintenance
- JetHeads provides support for its apps as outlined in the Atlassian Marketplace listing.
- We may update our apps to maintain compatibility with Atlassian Cloud, fix bugs, or introduce new features.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to our apps if a user violates these terms.
- Users may stop using our apps at any time; refunds are subject to Atlassian’s policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
